Volgograd reverts to Moscow time

The Russian region of Volgograd has decided to change time zone from UTC +4 til UTC +3. The change will occur at 02:00 local time on 27 December, 2020.

If your computer or phone shows the wrong time for Volgograd, you can set it to the Moscow time zone instead.

Volgograd changed from UTC +3 to UTC +4 in October 2018.
